#12 – Palmaris Muscle
And once again we feature a useless body part that’s, guess what, a muscle! Yay, we love talking about and writing about useless muscles. It’s so fun. Okay, we’ll get real now.
So this muscle called the Palmaris muscle runs from our elbow to the end of our wrist. It is extremely narrow and extremely useless! It was theorized that this muscle was used by our primate relatives for tasks such as climbing and hanging. But, it’s pretty much useless because no one spends every day in hanging and climbing trees and stuff like that.
