“One of the first things you should do in the morning is to take cayenne to increase your circulation. After that, have a big meal. Once you are finished with a big meal, take vegetarian digestive enzymes. Before you hit the sack, take Vitamin D, magnesium, and liquid herbs such as Echinacea and astragalus,” says Jeff Miller.
