#11 – Proteins at Every Meal
If you want to boost your metabolism, you will need to eat proteins on a daily basis. Proteins are keys to a fast metabolism and that is why you should add them to every meal. Consider having eggs for breakfast, a protein shake as a snack, eat avocados and healthy nuts throughout the day, and for dinner prepare some lean meat.
Proteins will significantly increase your metabolism, especially in the morning. Make sure to stay away from unhealthy protein sources such as red meat and processed meat.
